A semana que antecede o período de restrições no Rio de Janeiro foi marcada por importante participação da Alerj na tomada de decisões que podem ditar o destino da pandemia no estado.Favoráveis às iniciativas municipais das cidades do Rio de Janeiro e de Niterói – de decretar o recesso de 10 dias, antecipando feriados e aplicando restrições impopulares, mas necessárias para evitar aglomerações visando conter o avanço de contágio por Covid-19, os deputados estaduais aprovaram o PL 3906/21.
